These Terms of Service govern your use of the radio apps published by iHippo Studio (“the App”, “we”, “us”). Please read them carefully.
01Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
02The service
The App is a free internet radio player. It lets you discover and listen to radio stations that are broadcast by third parties over the internet. No account is required.
We may add, change or remove features and stations at any time, and we may suspend or discontinue the App without notice.
03Third-party stations and content
Radio stations are streamed directly from the stations’ own servers. We do not own, produce or control the content of these stations, and we are not responsible for what they broadcast, their availability, or their audio quality.
All station names, logos, music and other content belong to their respective owners. If you own a station and would like it removed or updated, please contact us.
04Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial listening and in accordance with applicable laws. You agree not to:
- Record, redistribute or rebroadcast streams where this is not permitted by the rights holder
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App, our servers or the stations’ servers
- Use the App in any way that is unlawful, harmful or abusive
05Advertising
The App is free and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are subject to Google’s own terms and policies. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
06Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, text and graphics (excluding third-party station content), is owned by iHippo Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control.
07Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information is collected and how it is used.
08Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App or any station will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iHippo Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or use, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or any station.
10Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict or end your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
11Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
